Prenatal Yoga - Fall Series


This Prenatal Hatha Yoga Practice will include breathing practices, visualization, pelvic floor exercises, restorative poses, and time to connect with your growing baby.  You will be lead through a nurturing sequence that will strengthen and stretch your body, and finish with deep relaxation.

Bonus: Come and meet and connect with other expecting  mamas in the Pemberton Community!

Investment: $80 for 4 sessions. $25 drop-in if space permits.
