Join Christine for a workshop exploring some of the most foundational inversions of yoga asana: Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance), Sirsasana (Headstand), and Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand). In this workshop for all levels, expect preparatory work, modifications and variations to support both optimal safety and sustainability. This focused work will be supplemented by some warming, rhythmic flows; reminding us of the inherent creativity at the heart of it all.

Mother, teacher, and mentor, Christine has been teaching since 2004; a journey that began in New York and landed her (back) in Vancouver in 2006. Her classes reflect a passion and respect for both rhythmic and fluid movement, and strong, focused attention. Pairing precision in alignment instruction with artful language, she works to create a space where you are both safe to feel, and supported to grow. She is regarded as a teacher who speaks openly and honestly about the full spectrum of the human experience; able to offer relevant teachings from both the ancient and the everyday.
