Studio Rental Space

Thank you for your interest in being part of our community space, we appreciate bringing other forms of aligned, creative energy into the space. The space has been used for ecstatic dance, art workshops, kids’ camps, capoeira, prenatal groups, teacher trainings, writing groups and more! With the rental agreement you will have full access to our 550 square foot studio, private washroom, sound system, wifi, all yoga mats and props, tea/water. We do not provide tables or chairs, if you require these you will need to provide. If you wish to use the studio for art please let us know the details so we can prepare appropriately! If you are interested in renting one of our smaller treatment rooms, please contact us for rates. The Space is generally available early mornings and day times. Please see our schedule, studio not available during drop-in class times + 20 minutes before/after.

Fees:

Short term and One-off rentals:

$40/hour + GST (2-hour minimum rental) $200/day +GST

Long Term:

$160/ month for 2 hours/week and $20/hour for additional hours. Minimum 3-month commitment

*non-profit organizations, please reach out if we can support to make fees more accessible.

Terms:

• Payment is due minimum 5 days prior to rental date.

• Village yoga is not responsible for the promotion, event sign up or success of renter’s

  events and will not do any communication with renter’s clients/participants.

• Post-dated cheques for minimum 3 months required for long term rentals.

• Any damage incurred during time of rental is at renter’s expense to repair.

• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited

• Space is left clean and tidy – all art supplies are properly disposed of by renter

Our massage space is a quiet and cozy room, with full lighting and aesthetic essentials. This space is perfect for massage therapists, chiropractors, Reiki, Acupuncturists, nutritionists, and naturopaths.
